More flowers..

The top pictures is the tree in my front yard those white flowers should fill in nicely. This bottom picture of my rose bushes. I dug out all the grass around them, fertilized them and pruned any dead branches away.

Springtime is here!!

I got little carried away taking pictures. I love my camera!!!

I love the Spring!!

Look!!! My Hosta's are here!! I know, I know, I've turned into a nerdy gardner. Well, at least I'm trying to make my yard a little prettier.  Since we bought our house a few years ago I've started to love flowers, gardening, and well yard work. This time of year I get so excited to start planting my flower pots and garden. This weekend I was able to get quite a bit done. It is still a little early to plant annuals and such cause it can still freeze but at least some of my perennials have started to show. Saturday Nick mowed the lawn, fertilized it, and fixed the sprinklers. Thanks honey I love you!! Monday I really got a lot done. I planted a lilac bush, oh they smell so good when in bloom, plus they remind me of my grandma Helen. I fertilized all my shrubs, rose bushes, and planted some perennials and cold weather flowers.  I have to laugh though, I ran to the store to grab a few items for dinner and on the way home had to stop at the flower stand right by my house and of course couldn't leave without buying some. Then once home I realized I needed some more garden soil to plant my new flowers so I handed Nick the food and was out the door again yelling I would be right back.  I drove to J and L Garden Center down the street and well ended up being there for like an hour. I wanted to buy one of everything and had so much fun walking up and down the aisle's. Needless to say I walked in the door with garden soil and two large Astillbe flower pots/bulbs to plant. Nick just shook his head at me and laughed. He then sent me back outside to plant my flowers and he said he would make dinner. What a sweetie. Well you can see all the pictures of my hard work above...stay tuned for my vegetable garden.

More Puppy Pic's

I know I look a little scary in this photo. Nick and I just got done playing golf and I was getting ready to represent for the Jazz game, hence my crazy outfit. I thought this was such a good shot of the puppy so I'm sacrificing my looks so you can see her.

This is a video of Jade's new puppy a tea cup yorkie. She can't decide on a name the list so far is, Coco,  Penelope, Olive,  Kitty,  Abby,  Katie,  Maggie....If anyone has any suggestions please feel free. Isn't she sooo cute. She currently is 12 weeks old and won't really get any bigger.  She stayed at our house all day yesterday. Layla was so concerned with her and kept checking on her it was so funny.

Jaysa and The Boys!

Now we can't forget Jaysa. How cute are these three! She definitely has her uncle's wrapped around her finger's. These boys need to dress up more they sure look handsome! Oh on that note Ashlee told me a few weeks ago Jaysa asked her if Nick was always going to be bald. Ashlee said, "Yes probably, why?" Then Jaysa told her she had seen an ad on TV for stuff that would help him grow his hair back. She was really excited and wanted Nick to know about it so he wouldn't have to be bald anymore! How smart and funny is that little cookie!

My mom's new ride!

We'll have to ask Memot Okur if he would trade his Ferrari for my mom's minivan the silver bullet!  I think it's a fair trade!

The Photo Below

This is a photo of my Mother, Nick and I at a Jazz VS. Rockets game April 14th. We sat second row behind the basket near the Jazz bench!! It was sooo amazing! I have never been that close, those boys are HUGE and some are very CUTE!!! ( Of course not as cute as you Nick! Ha!) We were able to take my mom and surprise her for her birthday. She had no idea, even when we drove down to park the car where the players park she thought we were just taking her to the gateway for a birthday dinner. Then we were like, how about we go to the Jazz game instead. She then immediately freaked out!!! It was perfect. We ate in the 100 club, and even saw Jeff Hornacek ( however you spell his name) my mom's jaw dropped when he walked past us it was so funny. Anyway a big thanks to Zane Miller for letting Nick , my mom and I be his dates. THANKS ZANE!!! You're Awesome! He also worked it out so we could get a picture on the court! GO JAZZ!
