Tagged!

I think I went a little overboard with my first tag so I hope you are prepared for my first novel.

My cousin Mercedi tagged me... I’m to list 3 joys, 3 fears, 3 obsessions and 3 surprising facts... Then tag 5 other people..

MY FEARS,

1. When trauma’s come into work to expedite their care they are given an alias. For example, Trauma Utah, Trauma Neptune, Trauma Alpha.....So my fear is that  one day a trauma will come in and it will be one of my family members or friends and I won’t know it until they roll into the operating room and I’m looking right at them.  

2. Becoming the trauma myself.  This fear doesn’t keep me from having fun or trying new things it’s just always in the back of my mind. I’ve seen so much at work I can’t help it.

3. On a less serious note I’m afraid of a going down into a dark basement. If I have to I always run to get what I need and then run back upstairs as fast as I can. I guess I think the boogie man is going to jump out and grab me!

MY OBSESSIONS

1. I drive my family, mostly Nick, nuts with this one. I’m always locking our house doors, car doors, windows.... For example when we drive somewhere I often lock people in my car, I get out before they can open their door and just as they are trying to open the door I’m hitting the locks and they always struggle to get out. Sorry guys !! :)

2. Holiday decorations. I LOVE THEM!!! Every time I see something I like I want to buy it. I finally had to set some rules for myself. Although they often are broken, I let myself buy 1 really nice decoration every holiday but don’t let me go into Costco or Sam’s club because then I lose all control.

3. I can often loose control with books. If it’s really good it’s like my world stops until the book is finished. I read twilight, new moon and eclipse all in one week.     Luckily for me, and Nick,  it was a big football week and the weather was nice so he golfed a lot while I was engulfed by vampires.

MY JOYS

1. My dogs. I love coming home from work and having them as my welcoming committee they are always excited to see you.

2. My husband, see Jade I like having  a special someone too! 

3. My flowers and my garden. My grandma Ballif and I always go shopping for flowers for our pots every spring. She is a master gardner and it’s always so fun to learn from her.  Also, my mom and I always help each other plant our flowers beds.  She has one bed that is full of ferns my grandma Helen had in her yard. She gave me some so now I have a little fern garden to remind me of my mom and my grandma. 

SURPRISING FACTS

1. I so use to not be an animal lover. I would avoid petting friends/family pets and   always just thought they were stinky and hairy. 

2. I can’t stand boogers and snot.  Blood and guts no problem, but I’m totally grossed out by the nose.

3. I was born with an extra set/row of teeth. Instead of just my baby teeth and adult teeth I had an extra row. Unfortunately they all had to be pulled, not fun.
